An evil businessman and colleague/babysitter catch two small children, tie them up, lock adults in a box. In several sequences that may frighten small children, a child imagines wallpaper/furnishings/paintings/babies to turn into scary creatures that resemble devils/zombies with red/green eyes, hundred of objects turn into creepy babies/baby heads. During make-believe/role-playing scenes characters are pursued by vicious animals (gorilla, shark, whale), wrestled, tongue-pulled, wet-willied, crushed by a falling meteor, swept away by a tornado, made to walk the plank, imprisoned (ball and chain/prison clothing/toothbrush shank). A child crashes into a tree while learning to ride a bicycle. Characters are shot with toy darts, hand-slapped, splattered with goo, smacked, pursued, thrown through the air/through a closed window, kicked, bitten, face-licked, face-slapped, locked up. Characters fall down stairs, trap/flush a bad guy's head in a toilet, almost get stepped on, battle with swords, fall from very high ledges, dangle precariously from up high, fall through a trap door. A teddy bear is shaken violently/a fist punches through its chest/battery removed. A treasured childhood toy is stolen/pulled apart tug-of-war style/stapled/head ripped off. A baby makes a throat-slitting gesture. Explosions, fireballs. Objects thrown/run over, a truck is flipped over. Cannibalism, burning children alive mentioned. Blood/gore: (None) An animated sequence shows a grave site marked with a crucifix. X-rays show children's skeletons.

A boy whispers how babies are really made into a baby's ear (no coherent audio). Nude babies, cute baby bottoms, full frontal nude baby with pixelated genitals. A baby almost has a pacifier inserted in his bottom (comic). Kissing, hugging. Characters squeeze out of an inflatable animal's bottom. A character dresses in drag. A group of women appear to be celebrating a hen's night/girl's night out.

A child drinks some Long Island Iced Tea. Characters drink a special baby formula spiked with youth serum. Characters are hypnotised/memory-wiped with a sparkly sedative. Bottles of champagne seen, people hold cups of (assumed) alcohol and appear to be intoxicated.

Name-calling (musclehead, yes-men, doodler, dummy, hippie, lady-man, brats, scurvy scallywag, etc). Religious references (baby Jesus, God speed).

Siblings, brothers, babies, family, cute puppies, evil corporations, imagination, sleep deprivation, proof, teamwork, play dates, pacifiers, baby formula, lactose intolerance, parenting, training wheels, Elvis impersonators, promotion, new dog breeds.

Job loss. Airport, plane settings. Gorilla, shark, whale, puppies, dinosaur, pterodactyl, kittens. Drool, saliva, vomit (lots), butt-sniffing. Full moon, planes, fireworks. Brief subtitles. Based on the book by Marla Frazee.

Refreshing, delightful, clever, tender, entertaining, nostalgic, goofy, low-concept, brisk, blithe, sweet. Pitch-perfect/solid voice cast, tasteful jokes, retro-style/dazzling/fun/colourful animation, bubbly score, some irresistible/witty/emotional moments, some decent jokes for adults.

Busy, detached. Mechanical/requisite plot, a little tiresome.
